Terms of Service


1.1. AV Industries SIA (Latvia), Reg.No. 54103147371, “Vecsili”, Inčukalna pag., Siguldas nov., LV-2141, Latvija, e-mail: info@ilovecosmetico.com,(“i love • cosmetico“), on its website https://ilovecosmetico.com, has created an online store – a distance purchasing system website (the “Online Store”), where it is possible to see i love • cosmetico products and place an order.

1.2. Every person (the “Customer”), when placing an order on the Online Store (the “Order”), confirms that they have read and undertake to comply with these terms, including they have read the information on delivery, delivery fee and type, delivery times. When placing an Order, the Customer-consumer also confirms that they have received information about the right of withdrawal, the conditions, deadlines and procedures for its use, which is an integral part of these terms.

1.3. Delivery of the i love • cosmetico products available on the Online Store is provided by Order delivery cooperation partners.

1.4. When choosing communication settings, the Customer chooses whether to receive notifications and useful i love • cosmetico offers. The Customer may choose communication channels through which i love • cosmetico provides the Customer with notifications and offers. If the Customer chooses to receive notifications and i love • cosmetico offers, the Customer agrees that i love • cosmetico may send them using the communication channel chosen by the Customer. The Customer can refuse to receive notifications and i love • cosmetico offers by sending an e-mail to info@ilovecosmetico.com.


2.1. By placing an Order on the Online Store, the Customer confirms that they have read the description of the selected cosmetics (the “Products”) and that it meets the requirements and needs of the Customer. 

2.2. At the time of placing the Order, the Customer undertakes to indicate accurate personal data required for the provision and execution of the Order, the delivery address for the Order and contact information. In case of inaccurate data, the Order is not delivered.

2.3. The Customer agrees to the processing of their personal data, including personal identification codes, and the use of technological solutions in order to ensure the execution of the Order, administration of payments, offering of products, review of complaints in accordance with regulatory enactments.

2.4. In the Online Store environment, information about the placed Orders is not stored permanently. The Customer keeps all documentation related to the Order themselves.

2.5. After the Customer has placed the Order and confirmed that they have read these terms and other binding documents, a confirmation of receipt of the Order application is automatically sent to the e-mail indicated in the Customer’s application, which is for information purposes only.

2.6. If the Products indicated in the Order are available and the Order can be executed, within 1 (one) working day from the receipt of the Order application, the Customer is informed (by e-mail or phone) about the availability of the Order and delivery terms. 

2.7. Order is delivered within 1–7 (one to seven) working days after Order confirmation and receipt of payment for the Order from the Customer. However, i love • cosmetico reserves the right to deliver the Order within 2 (two) calendar weeks, as delivery deadlines may change depending on the availability of the Products in stock.

2.8. At the time of delivery of the Order, the Customer undertakes to be in the indicated place and present an identity document, otherwise the Order will not be handed over. The Order is not given to another person.

2.9. If the Order is not delivered because the Customer is not at the indicated address, the Order is re-delivered after the Customer again undertakes to be at the indicated place and time. An additional delivery fee may be calculated for a repeated delivery of the Order.

2.10. At the time of delivery of the Order, the Customer shall accept the Order and check its compliance and quality, as well as to sign the documents related to the execution of the respective Order.

2.11. A Packing Slip is sent to the e-mail address indicated in the Order, as well as information on the procedure for exercising the Customer-consumer’s right of withdrawal. The packing slip, as a document confirming the purchase, is prepared and confirmed electronically and is sent to the Customer at the time of the delivery of the Order.


3.1. By placing an Order on the Online Store, the Customer agrees to the price of the selected Product and its payment procedure.

3.2. The prices of the products on the Online Store are indicated in EURO with taxes, including value added tax. The fee for Order delivery (if any) is determined separately and is based on the chosen delivery type and delivery address in accordance with the Online Store delivery price list.

3.3. The Customer can pay for the Order:

3.3.1. at the moment of placing the order on the Online Store using online banking bank-link services; 

3.3.2. using MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and VISA payment cards;

3.3.3. using Apple Pay;


4.1. Products are cosmetics, which are not food products and not fit for consumption.

4.2. i love • cosmetico has developed all Products that can be purchased on the Online Store. Products developed by i love • cosmetico consist of natural ingredients, and they are cosmetics that are safe for human life, health and the environment. All Products comply with the requirements of the law of the Republic of Latvia “Law on the Safety of Goods and Services”, as well as international regulatory enactments.


5.1. If the Customer-consumer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions must be taken into account:

5.1.1. The Product that the Customer wants to return must not be used (taking into account the specific nature of the Product). If the condition of the Product has deteriorated and it has occurred due to improper storage, the Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal.

5.1.2. The Customer shall keep and not damage the original packaging of the Product.

5.1.3. If the Customer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal, then they must contact i love • cosmetico by e-mail: info@ilovecosmetico.com. The Customer receives a withdrawal form from i love • cosmetico, which then Customer fills in and sends to i love • cosmetico to the above-mentioned e-mail.

5.1.4. The Customer shall keep both the courier services documents regarding the receipt of the Products and the postal/courier services documents regarding the return of the Products to the Seller.

5.2. The Customer can get more detailed information about the distance contract and the right of withdrawal at the following website: http://www.ptac.gov.lv

5.3. i love • cosmetico transfers the money for the returned Product to the bank account indicated by the Customer in the withdrawal form within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the termination of the distance contract and when the Product indicated in the withdrawal form is received at the i love • cosmetico warehouse.

5.4. The Customer shall cover the costs related to the return of the Product.


6.1. i love • cosmetico has the right to make changes to these terms at any time without prior coordination with the Customer.

6.2. These terms have been prepared accordingly and are regulated by regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, and all disputes will be settled by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

6.3. The Customer’s personal data will be used to identify the Customer and receive the Order, to place the order and deliver it, prepare accounting documents, including invoices, refund the overpaid amount and return money for the returned products, administer financial obligations and other obligations arising from these terms of use.
