Shipping & Returns

You have the right to reject the purchased order within 14 days after receiving it by sending it by post/courier. The goods must be unused and undamaged, and a printed order confirmation must accompany them. Return costs are borne by the customer.

SIA AV Industries will refund the money received to the payer’s account within 3 working days from the day of receipt of the returned goods, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.

If you want to return an order, the purchase of which ensured that you received a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or for the purchase of a certain product), you must also return the received gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the returned amount.
